from Axiology that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept its return.

Please notify us within same day of receiving the product, providing details of
the issue.

2. Incorrect Product Delivery: In the event that you receive
an incorrect product from Axiology, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.


Please contact us within same day of receiving the product, and we will assist
you in arranging its return.

 3.Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a
return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received
it.


4. Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or proof of purchase
is required for all returns. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

5. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please
contact our customer service team on Social pages (Facebook/Instagram) within
the designated timeframe for your specific return eligibility.


6. Return Authorization: Our customer service representative
will guide you through the return authorization process, providing instructions
on how to return the product. Do not return any items without receiving return
authorization.


7. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return
shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Axiology error (e.g., defective
product, incorrect delivery). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to
ensure safe and timely delivery.

8. Product Verification: Once the returned product is
received and inspected, we will verify its eligibility for a refund. This
process may include assessing the condition of the product and confirming
compliance with the return conditions mentioned above.


9. Refund Calculation: If the return is approved, a refund
will be issued for the product's purchase price, minus any applicable shipping
fees or restocking charges.


10. Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the
same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business
days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

11. Due to the nature of cosmetics products, once a
product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for safety and hygiene
reasons. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before opening
any axiology products.
